On the morning of June 1st, Mayor Ma Jun went to Bengbu SinaTi Materials Co.,Ltd  for on-site office work. Liu Zongwen, Secretary General of the Municipal Government, attended.
Ma Jun listened to the progress of the project of preparing rutile type nano titanium dioxide by chlorination method with an annual output of 100000 tons, and coordinated on-site to solve the difficulties and problems encountered during the project promotion process. Ma Jun pointed out that today's project is tomorrow's development and output. Each county, district, and department should firmly establish the development concept of "project as king", make every effort to grasp projects and promote development, take action accurately, and work quickly to promote early completion, production, and effectiveness of projects.
Ma Jun emphasized that we must adhere to the principle of being pragmatic in everything, anchor the first strategy of "strengthening the city through manufacturing and establishing the city through industry", and use the first tactic of "dual recruitment and attraction, and project construction". We must firmly promote the high-quality development of Bengbu's economy and society by combining high-quality projects with physical workload. We must serve the enterprise with sincerity and emotion, vigorously promote the excellent work style of "four visits to the grassroots", preach policies, identify problems, resolve conflicts, and promote work at the grassroots level, further open up channels for communication between government and enterprises, and create a development environment that is "responsive to every request and does not disturb anything". We must adhere to a problem oriented approach, consolidate work responsibilities, strengthen factor guarantees, closely monitor time nodes, reverse the construction period, and carry out battle plans.
